This article is for CreditHero Marketplace users who want to edit their CreditHero Marketplace profile, update their password, and customize how often they receive updates about their clients.

To start, make sure you have the following:
A CreditHero.com account
How can I edit my CreditHero Marketplace profile information?
Log in at https://app.credithero.com/login
Click on Settings (gear icon ⚙️) on the left navigation bar.
Please note you can only edit personal information such as First Name and Last Name.
To change your account email, contact Support via our help widget or email [email protected].
Click on Save.
How can I edit my CreditHero Marketplace password?
Log in at https://app.credithero.com/login
Click on Settings (gear icon ⚙️) on the left navigation bar.
Click on Change Password.
Fill the form accordingly and click on Change Password to confirm.
How can I change the frequency of the client updates email?
Log in at https://app.credithero.com/login
Click on Settings (gear icon ⚙️) on the left navigation bar.
Select your desired update frequency under Summary Emails.
Click on Save.
