This article is for CreditHero users who want to edit their profile, update their password, and customize how often they receive updates about their clients.

How can I edit my CreditHero profile information?

  1. Log in to your Credit Hero account

  2. Click on Settings (gear icon ⚙️) on the left navigation bar.
    ​


    Please note that profile edits are limited to personal information such as First Name and Last Name.
    ​


    To change your account email, contact our Support team via our help widget or email [email protected].
    ​

  3. Click on Save.
    ​

How can I edit my CreditHero password?

  1. Log in to your Credit Hero account
    ​

  2. Click on Settings (gear icon ⚙️) on the left navigation bar.
    ​

  3. Click on Change Password.
    ​

  4. Fill the form accordingly and click on Change Password to confirm.
    ​

How can I change the frequency of the client updates email?

  1. Log in to your Credit Hero account
    ​

  2. Click on Settings (gear icon ⚙️) on the left navigation bar.
    ​

  3. Select your desired update frequency under Summary Emails.
    ​

  4. Click on Save.
    ​
